The facial menu is built around individual skin needs. The Cleo Custom Signature Facial is a 60-minute session that starts with an evaluation and cleanse, then custom exfoliation, massage, a finishing mask, serums and sunscreen, and the business describes it as using a certified organic facial approach. The Sculptural Facial + Buccal Massage, which the business calls its signature treatment, runs 75 minutes. Other options include a 75-minute microcurrent facial that uses an electrical wand to firm and lift facial muscles, a 60-minute dermaplane and hydrating facial that combines manual exfoliation, oxygen and an enzyme mask, and a custom peel with 20 minutes of LED light therapy. The business calls its microcurrent facial a natural alternative to invasive face lifting. A Skin Brightening Peel using lactic acid runs 30 minutes for $125, and the Wise Woman Facial is $175 for one hour and is offered only to clients aged 75 and older.

For acne, the Advanced Acne Program begins with an online questionnaire and a skin analysis at the first appointment, and combines care for the skin barrier and microbiome with naturopathy. The plan includes follow-up facials and at-home products over three to twelve months, and severe acne may take about six treatments over three months. Acne Express is a 30-minute option for returning acne clients only, Acne Cleo is 45 minutes, and Acne Advanced Cleo adds LED Celluma blue light to a 60-minute session.

Sugaring removes hair from the root using a paste made from organic sugar, lemon and water, applied lukewarm rather than hot and worked against the direction of growth, then removed with it. Hair should be about a quarter inch long or more. For a first appointment, around 10 to 14 days of growth is recommended, and the business suggests booking monthly. Clients are asked to avoid shaving between visits, to skip exfoliating the area for two days beforehand, and to avoid sun exposure 24 hours before. Sugaring is offered to clients 13 and older. First appointments for many sugaring and facial services are charged at the regular price, new bikini clients who book a second appointment within 8 weeks get a special rate, and Brazilian rebooks should be made within 6 weeks. A Vacial ingrown hair treatment for the Brazilian area is $69 for 35 minutes and is ideally booked two weeks after the last hair removal service.

Brow tint can be booked on its own, and brow lamination and lash lifts are not intended for pregnant or lactating clients. Brow sugaring and shaping is performed by Cleo certified estheticians, according to the booking page.

The retail shop carries skincare and hair products from several brands, and gift cards are sold online in $10, $20, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom amount. Hygienic freshening products are available in the restroom before appointments.
