Brow services include waxing, tinting, and brow lamination without tint or shaping, a semi-permanent treatment that holds brow hairs in place. There is also a combined package of lamination, tint and wax, a separate bridal guests brow service, and an in-house referral wax at a lower price point.

Lash services cover custom full sets, which run about 140 minutes, along with fills, lash tints, lash lifts, and a lash lift combined with a tint for a longer-lasting curl and darker color. Clients who are interested in lash extensions can book a consultation, and the consultation fee is applied to the service they go on to book. New clients booking a custom full set are asked to pay a $50 deposit. Custom tanning is also available.

Every appointment requires a deposit, which goes toward the service and is not refundable. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the full deposit, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule. Clients are asked to remove contact lenses beforehand (a bathroom on site can be used for this), to clear makeup, oil and buildup from their lashes, and to dispose of any chewing gum before a service. Service refunds are not offered, though concerns raised within 24 hours may be adjusted, and major reactions should be reported within 48 hours after the appointment. Payment can be made by card, Venmo, cash or mobile wallet, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
