Booking starts by choosing a location, then selecting a service, provider and time in the online system. Several services need a consultation first, including color correction, Transformational Color, Bleach and Tone, extensions and permanent makeup, so the stylist can plan the work before the appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; the salon may charge 50% for later cancellations and 100% for no-call no-shows. Permanent makeup has its own 48-hour cancellation window, and color services and haircuts are for clients at least 12 years old.

The hair menu covers precision and personalized cuts, single-process color for touch-ups, dimensional color, balayage and ombre highlights, color correction, deep conditioning, damage repair and scalp treatments, and keratin smoothing. Curly and wavy cuts follow Ouidad and Mizani methods. The salon says its Denver stylists are highly trained in hair coloring.

Face Reality is an acne program offered only at the Aurora salon, with Morgan Bills as the provider. The Acne Bootcamp package is a 90-day series of six treatments given every two weeks, with LED light therapy, extractions, VISIA skin analysis images at each visit and clinical-grade home care products. According to the salon, results can show in as little as 90 days. Skin care also includes facials with LED light therapy, several iS Clinical facials and peels, Glo2Facial at the Aurora location, dermaplaning, massage, body treatments, waxing, and permanent makeup in combination and ombré brows, upper eyelash enhancement and beauty marks.

Clients can pay over time through Cherry payment plans with no hard credit checks, including 0% APR options. Memberships and packages come with perks, gift cards are sold, and the Clemmie Match quiz connects clients with a stylist at the location they choose. The Marmalade Boutique sells retail products.
