Clients start with a one-on-one Tell Me What I Need consultation, a 45-minute session for $100 that results in a written plan listing recommended treatments and estimated cost, with no obligation to book. Half the fee is credited toward a first treatment, and a same-day treatment can be scheduled if time allows and the client is a good candidate. Ultrasound imaging may be used during consultations when it is appropriate.

Numbing is applied before injectable treatments and distraction tools are used during them. Facial balancing is priced by the complexity of each person's anatomy, and the exact price is given before any commitment. Adjustments are included within four weeks of treatment, and filler maintenance is handled with small top-ups as needed rather than full retreatment on a schedule.

Booking terms are firm: cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit a non-refundable deposit, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Full payment is due at the time of treatment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash, and tips are not accepted. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday to Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Each plan begins with a facial assessment and diagnosis before any treatment is recommended, and dosing is planned around each person's anatomy with conservative, ultrasound-guided methods aimed at natural-looking results.
