Each visit begins with a confidential Client Consultation Form, which is used to shape the treatment. Facials include massage of the hands, neck, shoulders and face, along with extractions. Add-ons include LED light therapy for acne or wrinkles, collagen eye, lip and neck masks, a lip wax, an eyebrow wax and a derma flash face shave. Add-on time is included in the appointment, and any extra time has to be booked separately. Custom facials start at $135 for 60 minutes, and a 30-minute glycolic peel or refresh is $85.

Waxing works best when hair is under 1/8 inch long, since longer hair can be more uncomfortable, especially for bikini and Brazilian work. Clients are asked to shower and avoid lotions or oils on the area beforehand, and to wait 24 hours before sun exposure afterward. Men are asked not to shave on the day of a facial. Clients can mention an esthetician gender preference to the receptionist.

Appointments can be booked online at any time, and gift certificates are available online. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and morning appointments before noon must be canceled by 5 p.m. the evening before. Rescheduling within three hours of the appointment time incurs a charge of 50% of the service value. The studio is kept quiet, so clients are asked to turn off cell phones and keep conversation to a whisper.
