Clear Skin OC is newly located in San Juan Capistrano and runs by appointment only. Founder and clinical director Jennifer Kramer leads the studio, and the business describes its approach as clinical-grade care with a client-first focus.

Treatments are therapeutic rather than relaxation-focused. A Full Treatment covers a cleanse, enzyme exfoliation with steam or a glycolic acid exfoliation, extractions, a calming or therapeutic mask, a product suited to the skin type (hydrating, anti-inflammatory or topical medication), and sunblock. Facial massage, hand treatments and gown changes are left out unless the back or chest needs them.

New clients begin with a Full Treatment and consultation before any other service. Acne care ranges from mild blackheads and papules to severe cystic acne, with an aim to prevent scarring. The studio also works on hyperpigmentation, melasma, scarring, skin texture and premature aging, and offers chemical peels to established clients only, with strength adjusted to skin needs.

Teens as young as 10 can book a Teen Treatment, a corrective and preventive visit that includes a short teaching session on acne facts and skincare basics. Pregnancy-safe treatments and products are available, and skincare for sensitive skin is customized. The studio can help with acne-like breakouts linked to rosacea, though rosacea itself requires dermatological treatment.

Virtual consultations by Zoom or FaceTime include home care guidance, and products ship to clients outside Orange County. The studio says results depend on daily home care and regular treatment, and it does not guarantee outcomes.
