Every new client starts with a consultation that includes a short demonstration treatment. Gabrielle evaluates each person's situation and then sets out a personalized treatment plan and timeline. Most people need a series of sessions, usually spread over six to eighteen months, and the length depends on the area, hair thickness, hormones, how consistently appointments are kept and any earlier hair removal. Booking is done online through the site.

Sessions are priced by length: 30 minutes for $80, 45 minutes for $100 and 60 minutes for $120. Treatment rooms are dimly lit, clients choose the music they listen to, and stress balls and other comfort aids are on hand. A topical numbing cream can be used before appointments, and Gabrielle can recommend one. Sensation is usually described as brief warmth, tingling or a small pinch, and it varies by area and person.

Before a session, clients should not wax, thread or tweeze the treatment area, and should leave out makeup and harsh exfoliants there. Cleansing the skin and staying hydrated are recommended. Mild redness or swelling afterward is expected. For 24 to 48 hours after a session, the area should not be scratched, picked or exfoliated, and sun, heat and makeup should be avoided. Opening hours are Monday 8:30am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 9pm, Friday 9am to noon and 3pm to 9pm, and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Anyone under 16 needs parental permission, and there is no maximum age. All credit cards are accepted.
