The studio treats skin as an ongoing process, with each session building on earlier visits and on the client's home care. Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's skin, routine and goals. Advanced treatments require an approved consultation and a homecare regimen first, and the studio sells professional-grade homecare products chosen for each client and reviewed season by season.

Skin treatments include signature facials in several lengths, LED facials, a princess facial and a facial designed for men. Advanced treatments include chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, several tiers of Hydra Facial and microneedling using the Skin Stylus device, which the studio recommends at least three times a year. Eye services cover Korean lash lifts that last six to eight weeks, lash tints, brow waxing and brow tints. Waxing is offered for the face, body, arms, legs and bikini area, and a Synergie Cellulite Treatment is sold as a single session or in packages of 8 or 16.

Treatment rooms are described as quiet and relaxing. Clients can book online through Square or by phone, and gift cards are available. Clients who wax three or more areas receive 10% off, and cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, with late cancellations possibly subject to a fee.
