Facials are built around each client's skin type and concerns. The Signature Facial opens with a skin analysis and moves through cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extractions, high-frequency treatment and a face massage, finished with a hydrojelly mask; it is priced at $145 for 60 minutes or $185 for 80 minutes. The Deep Pore Cleansing Facial ($225 for 80 or 90 minutes) targets congestion, clogged pores and breakouts. The Casmara Calming Facial ($245, 90 minutes) pairs Casmara algae peel-off masks with LED red-light therapy for redness, rosacea, acne and a stressed skin barrier. The Hydrolifting Facial ($245, 90 minutes) adds four steps for hydration and firming. BioRePeel is an Italian-made 35% TCA peel combining trichloroacetic acid with alpha-hydroxy acids, offered at $220 per session or $800 for a pack of four. The business describes it as having minimal to no downtime and suggests a series of four to six sessions, about two weeks apart at first and then monthly. Clients are asked to avoid retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide and exfoliating scrubs for at least seven days beforehand and to wear SPF 30 or higher daily.

Specialist acne care includes an Acne Facial ($145 for 60 minutes or $185 for 80 minutes) that uses only Face Reality products, and the Acne Bootcamp. The Bootcamp is a three-month program of in-clinic treatments every two weeks, starting with a consultation and including a custom homecare routine, supplements and lifestyle guidance. It is offered without prescription drugs and can be adjusted for pregnant and nursing clients. Homecare products typically cost about $225 to $260 for six to eight weeks. Clients must stop topical acne medications two weeks before an appointment and must be off Accutane for at least three months. The business says the program is cruelty free and uses only acne-safe products.

Body and wellness treatments include the Relaxation Body Massage, the Meridian Body Treatment and a Signature Massage in Swedish or deep tissue styles, each at $145 for 60 minutes, $195 for 80 minutes or $215 for 90 minutes. A Neck Shoulder & Back Treatment is $85 for 30 minutes or $170 for 60 minutes, and a Back Facial is $165 or $195 for 80 minutes. Cupping and hot stone options are also offered. Add-ons such as gua sha, reflexology ($58), LED red-light therapy ($35), an aromatherapy scalp massage ($25) and a decolletage treatment ($55) cannot be booked alone and must be added to a facial. Spa packages range from a 90-minute Relaxation Retreat ($198) to a Head to Toe Luxury Retreat ($260), with six- and ten-visit facial or massage packages also available. Eyelash extensions come as Classic, Hybrid or Volume sets, with full sets from $108 to $158 and fills at two, three or four weeks.

Visits are by reservation only, and the contact page lists hours of 10:30 am to 8:00 pm. Same-day appointments may be available, and weekend times fill quickly, so calling or booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice; with less, half the service rate is charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without calling is treated as a no-show, and missed appointments are charged the full price. Gratuity is not included in prices; the business suggests 15% to 20% or more, given in cash or check to the therapist or at the front desk. Cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
