Clients with more advanced concerns can be referred to the on-site podiatrist or to a partnered Feet For Life podiatrist, and the concierge team can coordinate both visits when needed.

The menu covers manicures, pedicures, medical foot care, ClearNail laser treatment for toenail fungus, toenail reconstruction, reflexology and massage. Waterless pedicures skip the whirlpool soak and use essential oil-infused hot towels and autoclaved tools in place of a foot bath. Pedicure lines include a Classic version, a version designed for men, hypoallergenic and soakless options, Luxury treatments with a soak or warm towel wrap, foot and leg massage and a mask, and seasonal menus that change through the year.

Hygiene procedures are central here. Implements go through scrubbing, ultrasonic washing and autoclave sterilization, after which each is sealed in a pouch for a single use on one client. Whirlpool jets are taken out and sent through an ultrasonic unit, and towels are laundered at 120 degrees. Clients with fungal infections or other medical concerns receive care in separate, sanitized spaces. Medical Nail Technicians complete 15 extra training modules and a 40-hour internship that covers aseptic technique, autoclave sterilization, foot health evaluation, and precautions for diabetic and other at-risk clients. They also receive foot care protocol updates from Feet For Life physicians.

Medical pedicures and ClearNail are booked by phone through the concierge team and are not available through online booking. The first medical pedicure costs slightly more because it includes a detailed assessment, and extra time for nails or calluses can add a fee of $45 to $110. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for medical pedicures, and changes made without notice may be charged in full. Clients are asked to arrive about 5 minutes early and to remove gel or acrylic before visiting, which can be arranged in advance for a fee. Complimentary redos are offered within seven days for gel polish and three days for other services. The spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, but not cash, checks or insurance. A 3.25% service fee has applied to all services since October 2021. According to the salon, it was voted Best Pedicure by St. Louis Magazine A-list and Top 100 by Town and Style Magazine.

Combines spa-style manicures and pedicures with podiatrist-informed foot care, using tools that are sterilized and used once per client.

Private pedicure chairs and rooms are available on request, and medical treatments take place in a private medical suite.
