The spa's approach puts skin integrity, safety and long-term skin health ahead of aggressive trends. Each treatment is customized after an assessment of the client's skin rather than selected from a fixed menu. Treatments use SkinCeuticals medical grade formulations, and the spa also carries FarmHouse Fresh, a line of naturally derived, cruelty-free serums and moisturizers that the spa describes as award-winning. The treatment room is calm and soothing.

The spa offers oncology-adapted skincare for clients in or past cancer treatment, with care adapted for fatigue, lymphedema risk, radiation effects and skin side effects. This work is non-medical, medical clearance may be required, and care follows guidance from the client's healthcare team. The spa was featured by NBC Connecticut for its services supporting people dealing with side effects of cancer treatment. According to the spa, clients often report reduced pain and fatigue, better sleep, less anxiety and nausea, and a more positive body image, though it notes these reports are client-reported and may vary.

Acne care is a core service, covering the face, back and skin under the beard. Extractions are done only where they are safe, and some lesions are left untreated. Mild redness after extractions usually settles within a day. Acne treatment usually takes a series of appointments, and clients are asked to bring the products they currently use to a consultation. Severe cystic or scarring acne is referred to a dermatologist, since prescription medication is outside aesthetician scope. The Teen Acne Facial is designed for ages 19 and under.

Lotions, oils and active skincare products should be avoided on the day of waxing. Clients using retinol, prescription retinoids, Accutane or strong exfoliating medications should consult before booking waxing. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or a custom amount, and can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final.

Treatments are customized after an assessment of each client's skin, with priority on skin integrity, safety and long-term skin health over trend-driven procedures.
