New clients begin with a 30-minute virtual lash consultation by video, completed with a PDF intake form, before booking a full set. Patch tests are available for clients with sensitive eyes who want to see how they respond to extensions before committing to a full appointment.

The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, light volume, strip, chunky strip, wet and wispy, anime, freestyle, spider and medusa sets, along with fills at one, two and three weeks, foreign fills for lashes applied by another technician, touch-ups, bottom lashes and gel or cream removal. The Bestie Lash Bundle is a longer six-hour custom appointment that has to be booked for the same day.

Facials range from a basic cleanse and exfoliation to an anti-aging treatment with a sculpting massage and LED mask, and an acne-focused facial. Add-ons include a jelly mask and optional high frequency. A customized facial can be combined with a classic, hybrid or volume lash set in a single four-hour bundle.

Clients interested in content filming can book a lash model session, and some participants may receive free or discounted sets depending on their social media following. Early or after-hour appointments booked after 5:00pm carry an extra fee, and gift cards are sold through the website.
