The salon describes itself as a clean hair salon concept that blends boutique, spa and art studio elements.

Clients enter from 30th Street and check in at reception on the second floor, where a stylist then walks them to the studio. The room is kept calm, with organic scents, air-purifying plants and soft natural textures, and clean filtered water and air are part of the setup. Guests are offered homemade hair masks, nourishing drinks and healthy snacks, and free samples come with services.

The salon focuses on natural hair care products that leave out harsh preservatives, sulfates and parabens. Before any product is stocked, the lead stylist tests it personally, often over a span of several months and sometimes as long as a year, on a variety of hair types. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost. Appointment confirmations are sent by SMS and/or email three days ahead, with a reminder two days before if not confirmed.
