Care is organized into illness and injury visits. Illness care covers the common cold, allergies, sinus infections, strep throat, ear infections, pink eye, stomach viruses, respiratory infections and urinary tract infections, with EKGs and lab tests ordered when a visit calls for them. Injury care covers cuts and minor skin lacerations, abscesses, bites and stings, burns, strains and sprains, fracture evaluation, motor vehicle aches, and X-rays when indicated. Sexually transmitted disease testing returns results the next day, and COVID-19 PCR testing is also available.

Hormone replacement therapy is offered by appointment only. The clinic files insurance claims with most major health plans. Self-pay is available to patients who are not covered by a government plan or a participating private plan. A patient with an out-of-network employer plan may still qualify, but people with an out-of-network Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plan do not. Listed self-pay prices include a $125 routine visit fee, a $145 Delaware self-pay routine visit charge for a routine problem, $50 follow-ups, and add-on services at $62 per lab test or $120 for items such as X-rays, EKGs, IV fluids, nebulizer treatments and stitches. Visit charges and add-ons together are capped at $317. Prescriptions, vaccines, outside lab work and supplies sit outside that cap, and prescriptions and supplies are discounted 20% for self-pay patients, though the flu vaccine is not.

The weight management program is medically supervised and adjusted to each patient. It uses FDA-approved medications, including GLP-1 injections such as Wegovy, Saxenda, Ozempic and Zepbound, along with lipotropic injections such as Lipo-Mino and supplements. Treatment includes weekly visits, one-on-one coaching, body composition analysis, lab testing, individualized diet and supplement suggestions, and help with insurance claims for treatments. The clinic says it has more than 15 years of experience in weight loss and preventive medicine.

The MedSpa menu covers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, microneedling, PRP and vitamin IV drips, along with acne treatments, chemical peels, customized facials, facial massage, and foot and back massage. Injectable treatments begin with a consultation to set goals and a treatment plan.
