The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Saturday. Returning clients can book through Glossgenius or pre-book during a visit, up to a month ahead, with appointments usually two to four weeks apart. New clients pay a $10 non-refundable deposit to book. If openings are full, they can join a waitlist by sending their full name, phone number and preferred dates. The address arrives in the booking confirmation, and questions go through the website contact form.

A visit usually runs two to three hours, depending on how intricate the nail art is, and some sets take longer than others. Clients should arrive on time, with a 10-minute grace period, and come with clean, bare hands. Returning clients who have not booked a removal should arrive with bare nails. Soft background music may play, and clients can request a music choice. You may bring a headset or earbuds, and an iPad is available during the appointment. Silent appointments are available on request at no charge.

Changes and cancellations need 48 hours' notice, otherwise a 50% charge of the total service applies, and the same fee covers no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. The studio accepts cash or card, with Zelle and Apple Pay reserved for emergencies. Services are final once completed. Damaged, infected or unhealthy nails are declined, and no foreign fills or removals are accepted. No guests are allowed, and clients under 16 need parent or guardian approval before booking. A nail fix within one day of the previous appointment has no extra charge.

Appointment times follow the complexity of each set, and booking, deposit and cancellation rules are set out clearly before a visit.

A quiet setting is available on request, with optional soft background music during appointments.
