The menu runs from regular and gel polish manicures and pedicures to spa-style treatments with exfoliating scrubs, mask wraps, hot towels and hot stone therapy. Callus care is available as its own service or as an add-on to spa pedicures. Nail extensions include Gel-X by Aprés in several lengths, along with hard gel overlays and hard gel extensions. Nail art ranges from simple accent designs to more detailed sets, including Eastern aesthetic designs and 3D art with Swarovski crystals. Custom designs can be discussed through inspiration photos sent before the visit, and intricate work may need extra time and pricing agreed in advance.

Hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or be asked to reschedule. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the full service fee, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. The salon does not offer refunds, so concerns should be raised before leaving so the team can address them. Payment is accepted by cash, credit or debit card, and gratuities can be given in cash or added to the card at checkout. Children are welcome only when booked for a service, and well-behaved pets that are calm and friendly may visit if leashed or carried and supervised at all times.

The studio focuses on nail art alongside care, comfort and self-expression. It uses disposable tools wherever possible and follows sanitization protocols for reusable equipment.
