The menu covers basic and gel manicures, builder gel manicures, Gel X full sets and extensions, and gel removal for work done at the studio or for Gel X and builder gel. Nail art is grouped into four tiers, from solid chrome and simple accent nails up to elaborate sets and fine-art designs, and a freestyle option builds a custom set from the client's description of the look. A scrub and massage add-on is also available.

Appointments are unhurried, so the studio is not a fast-service option. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and closed on Sunday and Monday. No-shows are charged the full cost of the service, and so are clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their booked time. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
