The menu is built around structured gel manicures, which include nail shaping, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, a hot towel, lotion and cuticle oil. Other services include Gel-X extensions finished with full-coverage tips, gel manicures and polish changes, quick-dry Dazzle manicures, clear manicures, an Eco-Fin warm botanical hand treatment, and gel polish removal. Removal is offered for gel polish applied at the studio and for enhancements or gel applied elsewhere, such as acrylic, dip powder or another salon's structured gel.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Package credits apply automatically at checkout. A 30% charge applies to no-shows, to cancellations within 48 hours, and to arrivals more than 10 minutes late. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio puts nail health first and aims to keep nails in good condition over the long term.
