Clawdbyliv operates from a home location on North Silver Spring in Milwaukee. Aaliviah Trevino owns the business and does the nail work herself, so each appointment is handled by one person.

The menu covers the usual range of nail care: quick repairs and buffing, fills, clear or decorated manicures, gel polish removal and soak-off, and a range of sets. Full sets, overlays and acrylic nails with toes are offered, along with combined packages for longer visits. Some services also come in several options, such as different ombre, color or shape choices.

Clients book with a $10 non-refundable deposit and are asked to send the business a text after booking. The deposit is kept if an appointment is cancelled by the client, but it is returned if the business cancels. Hours run Tuesday through Thursday and on Sunday, with shorter hours on Friday and the business closed on Mondays and Saturdays.

Aaliviah says that making clients happy is a priority in her work.
