For highlights, a 90's partial uses up to 10 chunky foils placed across the top and is done without toner, though toner can be added for an extra charge. Partial highlights cover up to 20 foils, full highlights up to 35, and a Summer Sun-Kissed Mini Highlight uses 16 foils for a sun-kissed look. A full balayage or foilyage is the longest service on the menu, around four hours. Toner and color gloss can be booked on their own or added to any color service, and a product fee of $12 per mix applies to toner, gloss, highlight and balayage work.

Before booking color, a free 25-minute color consultation reviews hair history, what the client wants, pricing and payment options. Clients are asked to bring visuals of the look they have in mind. Existing clients can submit a color appointment request with a note about the desired shade; these are confirmed only once approved, and the salon may suggest another time slot.

Cuts and styling are a smaller part of the menu. A dry cut takes about 30 minutes and does not include styling, so clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed and dried hair. Styling options include a shampoo blowout, a blow-dry add-on to a color service, and a hot tool styling add-on. A GHK-CU copper peptide keratin treatment can be added to other services; it is described as improving smoothness, reducing roughness and frizz, and repairing damaged keratin.

Hours are Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; the salon is closed Monday through Wednesday and on Sunday. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show or a late reschedule carries a $50 non-refundable fee.
