The studio is at 2801 W Parker Rd in Plano, but much of the work happens at the client's location, such as a hotel suite, a family home or a venue.

Booking follows the wedding calendar. Wedding days run Friday to Sunday, with the calendar opening at 6 am and hours from 6 am to 10 pm on those days. Monday through Thursday is by appointment only, and same-day appointments are not offered. Travel fees apply outside Dallas-Fort Worth. For dates more than 20 miles beyond DFW, clients are asked to email first so travel can be quoted in writing before anything is signed. Big parties and dates outside the area can also be noted in the booking for a written quote.

Before the wedding, clients receive a bridal prep checklist that covers hydration, skin care, hair washing and what to do on the morning of the day. Looks offered include soft romantic, classic Hollywood glam and modern boho styles, and makeup is offered for every skin tone.

A 25% deposit sent through Venmo or Zelle reserves an appointment time and is deducted from the total price, but it cannot be refunded or transferred. For bridal bookings, the date is secured only after the signed contract is sent back and the non-refundable retainer is paid. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead carry no charge, while cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at 50% of the scheduled service. According to the salon, it holds a 5.0-star rating on Zola.

Builds each look around the bride using professional-grade, high-definition products chosen for long wear and sensitive skin, and will use a client's own products when they are requested or needed for an allergy.
