The waxing menu is organized by area and is broad. Body options run from a small bikini strip and booty strip up to full arms, full legs and a full back, with timings listed for each. Brazilian services come in a standard version and a lower-priced version for new clients. Face waxing covers small areas such as the lip, nose and chin, plus the hairline, sideburns and a full face. Brow waxing is also offered.

Skin services include post-wax facials, such as one meant to soothe redness and inflammation after waxing and another that includes extractions and high frequency. Two brightening facials are designed to address dark spots and scarring from breakouts and to even skin tone; one uses steam and extractions, the other an AHA and fruit enzyme treatment. The business describes high frequency as a skincare method it considers long trusted. Jelly masks are offered for the face and intimate area, and extractions are available on their own.

Skin lightening is booked by area, from the elbows and knees to the underarms, neck, intimate area and a combined kitty and thighs option. The number of sessions depends on how deep the hyperpigmentation is.

Hours are Monday from 3 to 8 PM, Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM, Wednesday from 3 to 8 PM, Friday from 3 to 6 PM and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. The business is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to changes made within 24 hours of an appointment. The New Client Brazilian can be rescheduled once, with 24 hours notice. Wednesday specials are offered on that day only and cannot be moved to another day. On Wednesdays, retail products from the shelves are discounted 15%.
