The studio is set up for appointment-based visits, with bookings made by phone or email and no walk-ins. Hours run Wednesday and Thursday until 8:00 PM, Friday until 4:30 PM and Saturday until 4:00 PM, and the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Parking is plentiful, consultations are free, and the studio describes its atmosphere as relaxing.

Color work is a major part of the menu. Clients can book a color-only appointment or highlighting, and a consultation is available to talk through color goals before booking. The studio also offers a keratin smoothing treatment and perms for clients who want to change their hair's texture or manage frizz.
