Education is a big part of the visit. The salon aims to explain how eyelash extensions work in a comfortable, clean environment. Semi-permanent synthetic lashes are placed one at a time onto natural lashes with professional-grade glue, and a first appointment can take two hours or more.

Results depend on how a client's natural lashes grow, whether they use cosmetics and skincare around the eyes, and whether they follow the aftercare instructions they are given.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Clients need to arrive on time, since arriving 15 minutes late requires a reschedule, and a cancellation policy with fees applies. Clients should come with clean lashes, free of mascara and glue, and should book the set type they want: classic, hybrid or volume.

Artists choose the look around each client's eye shape, lifestyle and personal preference.
