The stated aim is to make skincare treatments and homecare products easy to understand, and to treat every client as a friend while answering each question. Consultations are offered before the more involved services: skincare, laser, microneedle, and skin tag and bump removal, each a 30-minute appointment.

Microneedling is done with SkinPen equipment using sterile, single-use cartridges, and the business says its microneedling equipment is FDA approved. Microneedling is sold only as a package of four one-hour sessions, either with serum or with PRP, and single sessions are not offered.

Facials range from a 30-minute dermaplane and mask service to hour-plus treatments such as the Acne Facial, Foaming Enzyme Facial and Radiant Facial. Peels include the Prodigy Glow Peel, aimed at congestion and uneven skin tone, and the Acne Peel, aimed at breakouts and acne dark spots. Skin tag, age bump and pigmented mark removal is offered as a one-hour treatment.

Online bookings require a 20 percent deposit to confirm, effective July 2, 2025, and the deposit is applied to the service total at the visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; late cancellations, reschedules and no-call no-shows forfeit the deposit, and after two no-shows the business may refuse future bookings. All services are non-refundable. Products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except packaging malfunctions, which may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.
