New clients can book a free consultation that takes about 20 minutes and covers hair goals, wedding plans and which services fit. Bookings are made online through the salon's Glossgenius page. The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Appointments missed without notice, or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Color plans are built around each client's goals, starting with a free consultation.
