CJ's Chair works as a private studio where every appointment is one-on-one, with dedicated time for the client's hair, scalp and individual goals. Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted, though online booking is open 24 hours a day. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 5:30 and Saturday from 9:00 to 3:00, and is closed Thursday and Sunday. The entry point for most new clients is the Hair & Scalp Consultation, a 60-minute session costing $90. It reviews hair and scalp history, uses digital scalp imaging and, when appropriate, HairCheck bulk measurements. If the Crown Renewal Journey is purchased on the day of the consultation or within seven calendar days, the consultation fee is credited toward it. The Hair & Scalp Progress Review is a 45-minute visit for existing wellness clients, costing $75, that covers digital scalp imaging, comparison photos, a home-care routine review and product replenishment when needed. It is recommended every 8 to 12 weeks, and a $45 credit from the review fee applies to a same-day home-care product purchase of $200 or more.

The Crown Renewal Journey is a personalized hair and scalp wellness plan that the studio describes as a complete starting point. It combines five in-studio Crown Renewal Infusions scheduled to an individual plan, a first home-care system chosen for the client's hair, scalp and goals, and one Progress Review to assess progress and decide next steps. The Journey also includes a professional-grade low-level laser cap for home use that the client keeps. Clients who already own a suitable device can choose a version without the cap. Journeys are purchased online after a consultation, and the owner personally reaches out to schedule the first appointment. The studio's Journey page lists typical timeframes of 2 to 6 months for changes in scalp comfort, scalp health or shedding, 6 to 12 months for hair quality and fullness, and 12 to 24 months for continued progress and maintenance. Growth timing depends on factors such as genetics, hormones, health history, nutrition, stress and consistency. Each Crown Renewal Infusion is a 45-minute scalp session costing $270. It pairs a concentrated professional topical with TrichoPen needle-free electroporation, a method that uses brief electrical pulses to temporarily make the outer skin barrier more permeable so topical ingredients can pass through. The included topical is Growth Factors+ Pro, and clients may choose GEN-5 Exosomes Pro at the appointment in its place. Infusions can begin weekly, every other week or monthly, then move to a maintenance schedule based on progress.
