Lash refills are booked two to three weeks after a set. A refill takes about an hour and a half, fills gaps in the lash line and removes lashes that have grown out. A refill is available only when at least half of a client's lashes remain; otherwise a full set is needed. For clients who come in often, the Refill Membership covers up to three refills a month for $100.
Brow services are shorter appointments. Brow waxing takes about 20 minutes and costs $8, and brow tinting takes 30 minutes and costs $30.
The studio also teaches lash artistry. Its three-day course runs 10 hours for $500, includes lifetime mentorship and comes with a lash kit. Longer one-on-one training is offered as well: a 15-hour session at $3,500, and a hands-on 15-hour version at $3,840.
