Hair services include cutting, styling, and bridal and special occasion styling, with cuts and styling starting at $40 and bridal or special occasion work starting at $70. Color is custom and priced around what each client wants and can be combined with other services: color retouches start at $110, partial highlights at $135 and full highlights at $165. Perms start at $135. Keratin treatments start at $310, take several hours, and are said to reduce frizz for up to six months. Deep conditioning and scalp treatments start at $30.
Brow and lash services include brow and lash color from $25, which temporarily darkens natural hair, and eyebrow lamination from $55, which reshapes brow hair for a fuller look in one appointment. Lash lifts and lash curls start at $65. Facial waxing starts at $15, and clients should avoid retinol products for two weeks beforehand. HotHeads tape-in extensions start at $600 and come in a range of colors; they require a consultation booked in advance, with hair cost due upfront, and extensions cannot be returned.
Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid that charge; cancellations within 24 hours need at least 4 hours' notice or half the reserved cost applies. Refunds are not given for services. Concerns must be raised with the salon coordinator within 7 days, and fixes are done by the original stylist at no extra cost within 2 weeks. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm, and Saturdays by appointment only.
Custom color is planned around each client's wishes, and services can be combined in one visit.
