Appointments open on the 20th of the month before, and should be booked at least three days ahead. Bookings made closer than that need a text to confirm. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, which run from 9 am to 8 pm on most days, with later closing times on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Same-day, squeeze-in and after-hours visits carry a $75 surcharge and are confirmed by text.

Hair needs preparation before a visit. Hair bought from the salon should be prepped at least three days ahead, and hair bought elsewhere at least two days ahead. The salon works with pre-stretched Expression hair, which it sells for $5 per pack; each additional pack added during a visit costs $80 and is added to the final balance. Natural hair must be at least four inches long all around, freshly washed with no products, and blow-dried straight, or a $30 blow-out charge applies. Natural thick hair adds a $20 charge, which may vary by service.

Timing and cancellation rules are strict. Clients should text or call if running up to 10 minutes late, a $20 charge applies at 15 minutes, and appointments are canceled at 30 minutes. Deposits are paid in cash before service, are non-refundable and go toward the final cost. Canceling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit, and a booked style cannot be changed. Rescheduling is limited to once within the same month and only within 48 hours. Booking also means consent to photos and video being used on the salon's social media.
