The office is in the North Washington Medical and Dental Offices at the northwest corner of 99th and Washington Street, entered through Suite 21. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a daily lunch closure from 12:30 to 1:30 pm, and it is closed on weekends. Visits are by appointment only, booked by calling (303) 252-1247. New patients are welcome, and established patients can use the patient portal. Providers and staff speak English and Spanish.
