About

Cipher Spa Lounge opened in 2015 at Westchester in Highland Park, near Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway. The business later moved to Frisco, where it is now at 5899 Preston Rd, Suite 604.

The spa was founded by Michele Ford and Toya Shepherd, both estheticians. The business describes its staff as highly trained and its menu as built around facials and body treatments with measurable results.

Facials include Doctor Babor treatments and DMK treatments, such as Sea Creation, a 120-minute anti-aging facial that includes face, neck, shoulder, arm and foot massage. The business says Sea Creation reduces existing signs of aging. Enzyme Therapy is a 120-minute DMK facial using transfer messenger enzymes, which the business describes as award-winning and suitable for any skin type or condition. Deep Cleanse runs 60 minutes and Fire and Ice runs 90 minutes.

Massage options range from customized and sports massage to prenatal, stone and reflexology sessions. Customized Lymphatic Massage, which the business calls MLD, is offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions and is used before and after surgery. Prenatal massage is offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions; clients should say how far along they are when booking.

Expert Body Treatments include the Custom Body Polish Treatment, Enzyme Body Revision, which runs 90 to 180 minutes, and DMK ReVagination, a treatment for the vulva area. Waxing and Tinting covers Wine down and Wax and eyebrow or eyelash tinting, where a therapist helps choose a shade suited to eye and hair color.

The business describes its treatments as results-oriented facials and body treatments, built on Doctor Babor and DMK methods.

The business describes itself as a luxury spa and lounge.
