Extension options run from classic to volume, and the studio also offers lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, bottom lash extensions as an add-on, and removal. Waxing is available for brows, chin and upper lip.

A full classic, hybrid or volume set takes about two hours. Classic sets use at least 70 attachments per eye, hybrid sets blend volume and classic lashes, and volume sets are built with premade fans. A fill runs about 90 minutes and uses no more than 40 attachments per eye, and full sets generally need a refill every two to three weeks. Lash lifts hold for roughly six to eight weeks when worn without extensions, and tints last about three to four weeks.

The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sunday. New clients pay a deposit when booking, and deposits vary by service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations are charged $50 for full sets, $35 for fills or $20 for re-touches. A no-show is charged the full service price. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have the appointment canceled unless they gave prior notice by phone or text. Retention concerns must be raised within 48 hours of an application, with a photo.
