CindyCelebritee is a hair business run by Cindy from its Nostrand Avenue location in Brooklyn. Services are by appointment only, and the studio asks clients to make contact by text, which is also how questions about booking are answered, though replies can take up to 24 hours.

The menu covers sew-in installs, wig installs and re-installs, ponytails, color, consultations and ongoing maintenance. Cindy works especially with frontals, closures, weaves, wigs and ponytails. Wigs are also manufactured in-house, including custom pieces, and are sold on request, so clients who want to buy one are asked to text ahead. Hair bundles and HD and transparent frontals and closures are sold as well.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, and appointments are not held without it. The deposit is applied toward the service, and the balance is paid in cash or by Zelle. Wigs and hair extensions are paid in full after booking, by Zelle. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a deposit can move to a new appointment only within the same month and at least 48 hours ahead; moving to another month requires a new deposit.

Clients should arrive with clean, blown-out hair that has no prior extensions. Children and extra guests are not allowed during services. There is a 10-minute grace period, and arriving 15 to 30 minutes late adds a $15 fee to the balance. Appointments are canceled when a client is more than 30 minutes late without notice, and no-show clients are banned from booking again. Studio hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 7 pm.
