Manicures are built around gel. The business uses only 100% gel products and does not use Shellac, and dip nails are not offered. Structured gel is applied with a sculpted apex over a base layer that is meant to reduce lifting, cracking and breakage. At maintenance only the color layer is removed, so the base stays on, and the business recommends a maintenance visit about every three weeks; structured gel typically lasts three weeks or more. Sculpted gel extensions use builder gel with forms and take 120 or more minutes.

Pedicures range from Gel Toes, which includes callus removal and polish, to Basic and Deluxe Hot Towel Pedicures. The hot towel pedicures add sugar scrub exfoliation and a massage with lotion, with hot towels between steps, and the Deluxe version adds a collagen treatment. The hot towel service is described as jet-free and pipe-free, with a sanitary hot towel used at each step instead of a shared foot bath. The business describes its pedicures as medical-grade rather than only cosmetic, and describes its owner as Utah's only Certified Master Pedicurist.

Metal tools are cleaned and soaked in Barbicide, an EPA-registered disinfectant. Disposable items are used once and discarded, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected between clients.

Booking policies: cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled appointment regardless of reason, and a no-show is charged 100%. Arriving after the 15-minute grace period, or too late for the full service, counts as a no-show or late cancellation. Fees must be paid before rebooking. New clients join a waitlist and are contacted when openings become available. The owner reserves the right to refuse service.

Gel manicures use a structured build with a base layer intended to reduce lifting and breakage, and foot care is provided with sanitation protocols and training to recognize and refer common foot concerns.
