CiMeBeauty is a nail studio in the Soto Street area of Los Angeles, with a base rate of $200 listed. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on weekends. After-hours appointments can be requested for an additional fee.

Booking is handled online and requires card information. A $30 non-refundable deposit reserves the appointment and is applied toward the total cost of services. The studio accepts Zelle, Venmo and cash, with cash limited to exact change.

Clients are asked to choose every service they need when booking, especially soak-offs and nail art, and to send any requested photos before arriving. Each service has its own time block, and when back-to-back services such as a manicure and pedicure are booked, a 10 to 15 minute break is built in between them. Appointments that run over because of last-minute changes incur extra charges.

Arrival timing matters here. Clients have a 5-minute grace period and must be in the chair by then, and late arrivals may not be able to add services. Arriving 10 minutes late still allows a choice of tinted bases and specialty top coats, and for pedicures a regular polish or no polish. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show and carries a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled through the link in automated text messages. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit, and same-day cancellations are charged $30. If a cancellation fee cannot be charged to the card on file, the client cannot book again. The studio asks anyone who is sick, or who lives with someone who is, to stay home and reschedule. It also reserves the right to refuse service and does not tolerate rudeness, disrespect or negativity. Children and extra guests are only welcome if they are being serviced or have prior approval, and pets are not allowed.
