Ciél Nail Lounge opened in 2018. Its owners started it after finding local nail salons lacking in service, quality and sanitation, and set out to rethink the experience. The salon describes its mission as delivering nail care for the Irving area.
The menu is organized into Nail Care, Add-Ons, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures and Signature treatments. Manicures and pedicures range from short children's sets to longer treatments with scrubs, masks, massage and paraffin. Every pedicure includes a minty soak, cuticle care, nail shaping, callus removal, a foot massage and regular polish. The signature Ciél N°5 Lenore manicure (50 minutes, $62) and pedicure (60 minutes, $85) build on a mineral-enriched treatment with a warm neck wrap, paraffin, skin mask, hot stone massage and collagen treatment. The Lenore pedicure adds Thai reflexology and an essential oil bath bomb. Clients choose between Milk & Honey and Charcoal Detox scents.
Acrylic and gel services start at $45 and include fills, overlays, dip, builder gel, Gel-X and Color Solar options. Ombré and Color Solar services fall between $45 and $75 depending on the fill, overlay, set or tips. Gel-X full sets start at $80, and the French version starts at $95. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, Brazilian and back, starting at $10. Prices can vary with design complexity, shape and color mixing, and the time and skill required, as decided by the estheticians. Free consultations are offered to confirm pricing.
Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments are made by calling (972) 863-9210. The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Chipped or damaged nails are repaired at no charge within 7 days of the original service. All services are final and cannot be refunded.
According to the salon, all equipment is medically sterilized and fresh disposable tools are used for each service. Sanitation is a central part of how it describes its work.
The salon describes its setting as clean and stylish, with a calm feel that offers a break from everyday routine.
