Manicures range from a classic service to lavender, CiCi Bar, hot stone, champagne and orange versions. Children and teens are served too, with polish changes and exclusive teen manicures and pedicures for ages 10 and under. Facials are offered in 30- and 50-minute versions. Smaller add-ons, such as nail designs, repairs, shape changes and polish changes, are available a la carte.

Hygiene practices include single-use buffers and files, paraffin that is never reused for another client, liner protection on every pedicure, and a staff sanitization protocol.

Payment is accepted in cash and by card. Refunds are not given for completed services, so any concern should be raised before leaving the salon. Gel, dip powder and acrylic services carry a three-day warranty that excludes breakage from customer mishandling. Clients with a fever, cold, flu or infection are asked to reschedule, and skin sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions should be disclosed before a service begins. Children must stay under a parent or guardian's supervision, and those under 12 need parental consent. Pets are not allowed except service animals.

Guests 21 and over with valid ID may have complimentary drinks, up to two alcoholic drinks per customer. Non-alcoholic options include soft drinks, water and Vietnamese hot tea or coffee.
