Color is the main focus, covering everything from classic highlights and balayage to fantasy colors and custom work such as fashion shades or underneath halo color. For drastic changes, a longer color consultation reviews the hair goal and the current state of the hair, and includes a blowout. The stated aim is for each client to leave feeling at their most like themselves.

Options include a brow maintenance plan, two blowouts a month, and a yearly plan with four haircuts and two conditioning treatments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, with optional scheduled delivery, and they are final sale. Special occasion styling and wedding styling require a deposit, and new clients booking total blonding also pay a deposit. Cancellations made 12 or more hours ahead carry a 25% fee, same-day cancellations carry a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full appointment total.
