Extensions come in several styles. Classic sets apply one extension to one natural lash. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume lashes for varied texture and more volume. Volume sets use thin extensions formed into fans of two to ten lashes, each fan applied to a single natural lash. Mega Volume fans hold up to 16 to 20 lightweight extensions each. Fills are timed to how many natural lashes remain: two-week fills are booked when 50 to 75 percent remain, three-week fills at 40 to 50 percent, and quick fills at 75 to 85 percent.

Payment is by credit or debit card or cash; checks are not accepted. Credit card payments carry a 3.5 percent processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Gratuities are customary and appreciated by the lash artist.

Arrive with no eye makeup, as removal costs $10 if needed. Clients who arrive 10 minutes late may be charged $25 and have the appointment shortened, while arriving 20 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and charged as a no-show. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, or the deposit is forfeited. Clients keep phones on silent or airplane mode, eyes stay closed during services, and talking stops once the application begins. Guests and children are not allowed in the treatment room.

Facial threading removes unwanted hair using two strands of 100% cotton thread, with prices starting at $10 for a 15-minute service. Clients under 18 need parental consent, and a parent or guardian must stay for the service; the minimum age is 14.

Custom sets are fitted to each client's eye shape, and fills are timed to how many natural lashes are left.
