The core of the menu is manicures and full sets. Gel manicures and structured gel manicures are offered alongside acrylic, hard gel and jelly UV sets, and acrylic extensions can be shaped in a stiletto style. Fills and full sets come in several finishes, including pink and white and ombre.

Nail art is the main draw beyond the basics. Add-ons include chrome with a high-shine finish, foil, gemstone, marble, abstract, geometric, celestial, mermaid and unicorn designs, as well as pressed flower designs that use real dried flowers. Standalone nail art options include velvet, fairy dust and holographic finishes. Some designs are priced by difficulty and detail, so the final cost depends on the look chosen.

Pedicures include a regular option that covers cutting, filing, cuticle work, a heel and foot scrub, a sugar scrub and a massage, with regular or gel polish. Callus removal and chrome toes can be added, and acrylic sets can be done on toes. Toe polish changes are available on their own. Lip and eyebrow waxing are also offered.

Booking is done online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Some services require a deposit, which ranges from $23 to $55 and in some cases applies only to new clients. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be arranged in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, can be scheduled for delivery on a chosen date, and are final sale.
