The salon is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The menu is grouped into haircuts, chemical services, hair installations and additional treatments. Chemical services include relaxers, relaxer touch-ups for edges, relaxed-hair styling and a relaxer with grey coverage. Color work runs from full color and double-process lift and tone to color with highlights and highlight healing. Installations include U-part styling and extension work, and longer services such as a smoothing treatment and a takedown and rebraid are also offered. Prices are listed as starting amounts where the service length or hair varies.

A free 15-minute consultation is offered before booking. A deep conditioning treatment can be added to any service for $25 and takes 30 minutes.

The salon charges a $50 cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment.
