Visits are booked by appointment. Prices reflect the time and customization each service needs, and the service is reviewed with the client beforehand so the cost is clear. Clients who keep to a recommended five-to-six-week maintenance schedule typically pay less. Color maintenance is suggested every six to ten weeks, depending on the service.

The menu covers precision cuts for women, men and children, blowouts and professional styling, and dimensional color including highlights and bayalage, with glazes, deep conditioning and detox treatments. Color options include a cover-your-gray root touch-up with blowout, an Autumn Color Refresh and a Custom Blonde Package. Perms, Coppola and Japanese smoothing treatments, and Amplify tape-in extensions are also offered; the smoothing treatments are performed only by the Master Designer, while extensions and color correction are priced after a consultation.

For events, the salon offers temporary lashes, makeup application, updos, special occasion styling and bridal packages, and it can cater for bridal parties. Eyebrow, lip and combo waxing can be booked on their own or alongside a hair appointment.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments carry a fee of half the scheduled service, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Clients running late should call ahead, as arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean losing the appointment.
