Chrome Rose

Chrome Rose is located in Suite 213 at 519 Memorial Drive in Atlanta, inside the My Salon Suites space at The Larkin. The building is across the street from Oakland Cemetery. The Larkin offers free 24-hour parking, and there is also street parking nearby.

Appointments are booked through a GlossGenius booking page. Clients can pay with major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay or Klarna, cash, or the card used to book. For in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available through GlossGenius, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged to the card on file, at 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and 100% for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours. If a client is unhappy with a hair color or haircut, the salon offers adjustments for up to two weeks after the appointment, but does not refund services already completed.

The salon describes its mood as laid-back and playful. Chrome Rose also sells branded merchandise through its website, including t-shirts, hats, beanies, socks, totes and mugs.
