Appointments run Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM and on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with the salon closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Typical visit lengths are listed for each service: a standard blowout takes about 45 minutes, a women's cut about an hour, and a balayage about 2.5 hours. Starting prices are shown for most services, and Fashion Color Highlights are charged by the hour at $125 per hour, with the $500 starting price covering 4 hours.

Booking has a few set rules. Some highlight and balayage services ask for a deposit of $50, $75 or $150 depending on the service and whether the client is new, and new clients booking All Over Color pay a $50 deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 business days ahead to avoid a cancellation fee, and a $35 late fee applies when a client arrives 15 minutes or more late. Deposits are non-refundable, services are not refunded once performed, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. First-time extension clients are asked to call the salon before booking, and New Growth - Color is reserved for existing clients, with new clients starting with All Over Color.
