She began her career in the village of Warwick, and many of her clients have stayed with her from their children's first haircuts through to their weddings.
The salon works only in hair. It welcomes men, women and children. Stylists ask detailed questions and listen to the answers before they style, and for color they work out the shades with the client first and then hand-blend the color with what the team describes as the finest ingredients available. The salon also has a specialty in complex curly hair.
Beyond regular appointments, the salon takes private bookings for bridal parties, family photo shoots and group events. Custom packages can include beverages and catered finger foods. For makeup, nail or skin care, the team can refer clients to outside professionals.
A visit takes place in a living room-style space with a fireplace and refreshments. The team recommends hair care products for home and helps clients keep their style between visits. The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, with Tuesdays by appointment only. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and clients are asked to book as far ahead as they can.
Stylists ask detailed questions and listen closely before styling, then work with clients on color choices.
