Each salon has a complimentary refreshment bar with sparkling water, champagne, red and white wine, coffee and snacks, along with free Wi-Fi. Color clients are offered snacks and drinks. The St. Louis location has free parking right outside, and Chesterfield offers complimentary valet and free parking. Hotels are within walking distance of each salon, and the team can recommend the closest one.

Hand-tied weft extensions are the signature extension service. Rows of small beads attach the wefts, and they generally need repositioning every six to eight weeks. Extension consultations are free and without obligation.

Color services include balayage, blonding, highlights, lowlights, single process, all-over color, gray coverage, root work and color correction. Balayage is a freehand, hand-painted technique, offered in variations such as traditional balayage, babylights, reverse balayage, sombre, face-framing highlights and color melts. On darker hair it adds caramel, honey or beige dimension and can blend some gray, but it generally does not give solid root coverage. Color correction can address unwanted warmth, uneven bands, overly dark color, patchiness and compromised blonde, and it may take more than one appointment when artificial pigment must be removed. New color clients are encouraged to book a consultation before their first visit, and every color appointment starts with a detailed consultation.

Services are priced a la carte. Stylists are assigned levels from 1 to 10 based on education, experience, expertise and demand, and pricing follows that level; the level is shown next to stylists' names when booking online. Final pricing may change with the time required and the products used, and color and keratin services usually need more time and product for longer or thicker hair. Extension prices are confirmed at the consultation or appointment.
