The hair menu is the largest part of the service list. It includes cuts for kids, men and women, beard trims, blowouts, braids, updos and wedding or special event styling, as well as color work such as foils, highlights, dimensional color, balayage, grey blending and color correction. Chemical services include perms, a men's perm, specialty perms, chemical straightening and keratin treatments.

Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, gel manicures and pedicures, gel X full sets, gel removal and children's manicures and pedicures. Waxing is offered for eyebrows, lips, nose and ears, and makeup is available as a separate service.

Clients can book house calls. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount, and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel, since the full appointment cost is charged without that notice. Arriving 15 minutes or more late means rescheduling and a fee. If a redo is needed, the client has 48 hours to notify the business, and refunds are not given.
