The menu covers color, including retouches that blend and cover gray, accent and full head foils, partial and full highlights, balayage and ombré, toners and glosses, and vivid, rainbow and unicorn shades. Haircuts, blow dry and style, curl sets, curly cuts, deep conditioning and a scalp massage treatment are also offered, along with event, prom and wedding trial styling and bridal styling. Hair extensions are priced after a consultation, and smoothing options include the Brazilian Blowout and the Qiqi Straightening Treatment.

New clients booking color need an in-person consultation, which can be done in person or by phone for color work. The in-person consultation costs $15 and takes 15 minutes. Card payments carry a 3.5% convenience fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 30% and same-day cancellations 50%. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late pay a $50 late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes late with a charge for the full service. Refunds are not offered and gift card sales are final.

The studio describes its goal as helping clients look and feel their best, and new color clients begin with a consultation.
