Brow services include brow lamination, a color boost that is listed for one to two years, and ombre powder brows, where pigment is layered in over about three hours. Lash services include a mini fill available up to ten days after a previous appointment, a fill timed for two to three weeks after a set, lash lifts that perm natural lashes, lash extension removal, and customized full sets.

Facials range from an express dermaplane with cleanse, moisturize and SPF, which is not a full facial, to back, belly and scalp facials and a customized Korean facial tailored to each client's skin. Waxing covers brows, underarms and the Brazilian area, with underarm and Brazilian waxes needing hair at least a quarter inch long. The spray tan is listed as lasting up to two weeks.

Clients pay a non-refundable online deposit for each appointment, which counts toward the total, and the balance is due the day of service by cash, card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle or PayPal. One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours ahead, and appointments are canceled and the deposit forfeited if a client is 15 or more minutes late. No refunds are given, and children and extra guests are not permitted. A loyalty card gets a stamp each visit, with 50% off after the tenth stamp. Clients are asked to silence their phones during services, and booking consents to photos and videos being published online and on social media.
